Description: - Engage customers & share wellness stories - Showcase premium herbal & lifestyle products - Support our Shop Kang LIVE sessions on TikTok & Instagram - Earn base + commission + staff discounts Requirements: - Retail or lifestyle sales experience preferred - Warm personality & keen interest in wellness - Comfortable with livestreams (we train you!) - Able to work retail hours and weekends What We Offer - Basic salary + sales commission + performance bonus. - Staff discounts on Shop Kang 康坊 & Yong Kang TCM products. - Training in product knowledge, aromatherapy, and live commerce presentation. - Growth opportunities to Senior Sales Associate / Store Supervisor / Live Commerce Host.
