Construction Operations Manager

Oversee the daily operations of the company and coordinate construction-related activities. Plan and allocate manpower to different project sites according to operational requirements. Coordinate with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project schedules and follow up on work progress with site teams. Prepare and maintain operational records, reports, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety regulations, and quality standards. Assist in planning project resources, materials, and equipment to support operational needs. Work closely with various departments to improve operational efficiency and resolve issues promptly. Support management in reviewing operational performance and implementing process improvements. Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by the management.
