Company Overview Yuanta Global Singapore Pte Ltd is a futures brokerage and a key subsidiary of the Yuanta Financial Group, Taiwan’s leading derivatives provider. As a SGX-DT andSGX-DC member of Singapore Exchange, we are currently embarking on a strategic roadmap to expand our clearing footprint across major global derivatives exchanges. Key Responsibilities: 1.Execute orders for futures, options, and other derivative trades efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with all applicable exchange rules and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to SGX and MAS. 2.Monitor and control market risks associated with open positions, ensuring compliance with the Company's risk management policies and regulatory requirements. 3.Ensure that all trades comply with exchange rules and regulatory obligations,including margining requirements, position limits, and trade reporting, etc. 4.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all trades and transactions, including post-trade reconciliation and settlement. 5.Stay current with regulatory changes, exchange guidelines, internal policies,and industry standards to ensure full compliance across multiple markets. 6.Monitor and report any suspicious activities or potential violations to compliance officers or regulators as required. 7.Uphold best execution standards and safeguard the interests of clients and the firm. 8.Liaise with clearing houses, liquidity providers, and counterparties on trade-related matters. 9.Handle trade exceptions, failed trades, and operational issues promptly. 10.Support onboarding of new products, exchanges, and trading systems. Job Requirements: 1. Diploma in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are highly welcome to apply. 2. CMFAS (Capital Markets) certification of Module 2A, Derivatives, Collective Investment Schemes (SIP) and SGX-DT Trading Representative License (required for SGX trading). 3. 0 to 2 years of experience in futures trading or derivatives markets. Candidates with no prior experience will be provided with comprehensive on-the-job training. 4. Strong fundamental understanding of futures and derivatives products, contract specifications, and basic market mechanics. 5. Familiarity or exposure to trading platforms (e.g., TT, CQG) or financial tools (e.g., Bloomberg) is advantageous but not mandatory. 6. Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced trading desk environment.
