Retail Supervisor

Job Responsibilities Oversee all activities of outlets’ staff and their daily sales movement. Generate monthly reports and provide weekly to-date sales reports to management. Manage outlet’s staff attendance and work schedules. Maintain accurate records of pricing and sales activities. Ensure outlets’ items are displayed correctly and stocks balance are recorded on daily basis. Ensure adequate communication given to both internal staff, external customers and provide feedback. Attend all events/roadshows and ensure sufficient manpower is arranged to support sales and team’s performance. Job Specification O level and above. Proven relevant work experiences in retails and sales. Good communication skills, both written and verbal communication. Excellent selling skills with ability to close deals and motivate a team. Able to commence work immediately.
