About this role

Part-Time Finance Manager (Hybrid) We're looking for a hands-on and dependable Part-Time Finance Manager to support our growing F&B business. If you're someone who enjoys keeping finances organised, managing payments accurately, and working independently, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Manage the company's accounts payable and ensure timely payments to suppliers Assist with procurement by coordinating purchases, comparing quotations, and maintaining supplier records Prepare payment schedules and liaise with management on payment approvals Ensure accurate GST recording, filing, and compliance with IRAS requirements Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and key balance sheet accounts Support month-end closing and prepare month-end financial reports Work closely with operations to ensure smooth purchasing and finance processes Assist with other finance and administrative duties as required What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline Minimum 8 years of accounting or finance experience Strong knowledge of Singapore GST regulations and compliance Experience handling supplier payments and procurement processes Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong integrity and a high level of accuracy Excellent communication and time management skills Working Arrangement Hybrid work arrangement, 3 days working from home, 1 day working on-site Flexible working hours can be discussed Why Join Us?
