Senior F&B Operations Manager Lead Operations. Grow the Business. Build Great Teams. We are looking for a commercially-minded Senior F&B Operations Manager who sees beyond the day-to-day running of restaurants. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys improving operations, developing people, increasing sales, and creating outstanding customer experiences. You should be equally comfortable analysing business performance on a computer as you are coaching teams on the ground. You will lead the business, engage customers, identify growth opportunities, and drive operational excellence across multiple outlets. Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Commercial Performance Drive sales growth through menu innovation, promotions, upselling initiatives, and local store marketing. Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to identify trends and opportunities. Monitor KPIs including revenue, labour cost, food cost, gross profit, customer satisfaction, and productivity. Develop action plans to improve profitability and operational performance. Operations Excellence Lead multiple restaurant outlets to deliver consistent food quality, service, cleanliness, and speed. Ensure SOPs are implemented and continuously improved. Conduct regular outlet audits and coach managers to achieve operational excellence. Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively. Customer Experience Spend time on the restaurant floor engaging with customers and gathering feedback. Identify opportunities to improve the guest journey and increase repeat visits. Handle customer concerns professionally and implement preventive improvements. Leadership & People Development Recruit, train, coach, and mentor Outlet Managers and restaurant teams. Build a high-performance culture through accountability and continuous coaching. Conduct performance reviews and succession planning. Ensure manpower planning and scheduling are optimised. Financial Management Own the P&L performance of assigned outlets. Control labour, food, wastage, and operating costs. Improve productivity without compromising quality or service. Ensure accurate inventory management and stock controls. Food Safety & Compliance Ensure full compliance with Singapore food safety and workplace regulations. Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety. Ensure all food safety procedures and documentation are properly maintained. What We're Looking For Minimum 10 years' experience managing multiple F&B outlets. Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, food cost, labour cost, and business performance. Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, POS systems, and business reporting tools to analyse data and make decisions. Able to interpret reports and translate numbers into action plans. Proven experience leading and developing restaurant management teams. Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Self-driven, hands-on, and commercially focused. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs. Must be comfortable with ambiguity and resilient with the ability to stay calm, make sound decisions, and adapt quickly when faced with operational challenges and uncertainty.
