Sales Admin (Cold Call)

Benefits: Salary up to $3k (Depends on experience) 5 Day Work Week, 8:15am – 17:30pm Career Progression Location: Kallang Job Scope: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company products/services and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels. Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and identifying potential business opportunities before passing them to the sales team. Schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries and warm leads to maintain engagement and support conversion efforts. Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and lead updates within the CRM/database system. Achieve daily and weekly KPIs related to call volume, lead generation, appointment setting, and conversion targets. Prepare basic sales activity reports while maintaining professional and effective communication with prospective customers at all times.
