Basic information: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm Basic UP $3,200 Location: East/West AWB + PB Job scope: Perform daily operational and administrative duties to ensure smooth business operations. Attend to customer enquiries and provide timely support in resolving issues and concerns. Liaise with customers on booking arrangements, shipment coordination, and operational matters. Prepare and manage documentation related to drivers and logistics operations. Process job entries and maintain accurate booking records and schedules. Ensure proper filing, record keeping, and document organization. Respond to customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently. Provide general administrative and operational support to the immediate superior.
