HR Manager (Retail)

Details : Location: Paya Lebar Basic salary up to $7,000 Working days: Mon-Fri Working hours: Office Hours Job scope: Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring smooth and effective operations. Manage recruitment activities, including hiring, onboarding, and talent acquisition. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee relations initiatives. Administer compensation, benefits, salary reviews, and performance appraisal processes. Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. Review and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook as needed. Process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Handle CPF contributions, tax filings (IR8A & IR21), and statutory submissions. Manage work pass applications, renewals, and compliance matters for foreign employees. Support HR and administrative projects as assigned.
