Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

Basic information: Mon-Fri 7:30am- 4:30pm Sat 7:30am – 11:30am Basic UP $2,300 (High OT Payable) Location: West Career Progression Job scope: Follow instruction from your immediate superior. Handle day to day operations in customer order entries and delivery arrangements to customer. compulsory to help to load and unload drums incoming from Malaysia trucks or from warehouse to load for delivery to customer when short of manpower Liaise with suppliers and transportation team on delivery plans. Monitor and ordering supplies to maintaining suitable inventory levels. Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities. Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. Maintaining inventory records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation. Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds. Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers. Load and unload steel drums from truck, trailers and warehouse when required. Every month from 16th until end of the month needs to work Night Shift, router with another Assistant Logistic Supervisor. Perform any other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
