HR Executive (North) 5 Days

Details : Location: North (Kranji) Working days: 5 per week Working hours: Office Hours Basic up to $4,000 Job scope : Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, and offboarding. Handle payroll preparation, leave administration, attendance, and employee records. Process work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other MOM-related matters. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company HR policies. Coordinate employee engagement activities, training, and performance reviews. Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and personnel files. Support compensation and benefits administration. Liaise with government agencies and external vendors on HR-related matters. Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
