Crewing Officer (Tanker Ships)

Basic information: Monday to Thursday 9am to 6.30pm Fridays 9am to 6pm Basic UP $5000 Location: North Bonus provided Office-based role, no travelling required Job Scope: Support the crewing department in employment administration for seagoing personnel, including review of monthly crew payroll. Maintain updated vessel manning lists and closely monitor crew rotation schedules. Coordinate with manning agencies, vessel Masters, port agents, and travel agencies to ensure smooth crew changes, especially for vessels operating in foreign waters. Arrange crew travel logistics, including flight bookings through travel agencies. Process Flag State endorsements for officers prior to vessel deployment. Conduct pre-joining briefings and post-departure debriefings for officers when required. Verify and reconcile port disbursements related to crew changes from agents and agencies. Review and reconcile monthly vessel accounts prepared by Masters. Arrange and coordinate crew wage payments (CTM) as required. Assist in verifying crew benefits, including leave pay, bonuses, and allowances. Maintain and update crew personnel and training records, ensuring compliance with certification, medical, visa, and sea-time requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.
