Job Description: As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support ZEN’YU’s customer service, order processing and ecommerce operations. This role suits someone who is organized, responsive and comfortable coordinating customer enquiries, orders and sales support across retail, online and business channels. Respond promptly to customer queries via email, live chat, video, phone and social media channels. Escalate serious complaints or issues when required. Handle invoicing, purchase orders, delivery orders, purchasing and receiving. Process customer orders accurately and promptly. Work closely with ecommerce teams to support online order fulfilment. Provide additional customer service support as a team. Requirements: Diploma in any field At least 2 years of related experience Good customer service and communication skills Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Organized, responsive and able to work independently with minimum supervision LOCATION : 160 PAYA LEBAR ROAD #02-04, Orion@Payalebar S(409022)
