Job Description As a Sales and Operations Executive, you will drive ZEN’YU’se-commerce platform growth while overseeing integrated inventory and logistics operations. This role is ideal for a mature, organized, and result-orientedprofessional who excels at platform maintenance, executing monthly promotional deals, and leveraging modern AI tools to maximize sales revenues across multiple retail and online channels. Highlights: · ​Professional Conversion Program sponsorship · ​Medical/dental benefits/birthday leave/staff discount · ​Tech-forward workflow (AI automation handles repetitive inventory syncing) ​ Responsibilities: · ​Develop and execute tactical plans to optimize product listings and grow site revenues across all e-commerce platforms. · ​Manage e-commerce platform data maintenance, digital storefront layouts, and the timely execution of monthly campaign deals. · ​Oversee order fulfilment functions for all B2Bbusiness channels and support online platform fulfilment. · ​Supervise automated stocktaking and inventory allocation using ONECART and the MuRHO inventory system, utilizing AI tools to ensure real-time accuracy. · ​Leverage AI tools and Microsoft Copilot to generate real-time sales reports and perform payment reconciliation across all platforms. · ​Work closely with freight forwarders to obtain competitive quotes for inbound and outbound shipments, including air freight and ocean LCL shipments. · ​Provide logistics administration and additional customer service support as a team. ​ Requirements: · ​Diploma or Degree in any relevant field. · ​Minimum 2 to 3 years of related experience in FMCG, retail, or sports retail industries. · ​Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (specifically using Microsoft Copilot for data analysis and pivot tables). · ​AI Literacy: Basic familiarity with AI tools to manage automated workflows and digital reporting. · ​Experience in QuickBooks or MYOB for handling PO, DO, and Invoices is preferred. · ​Strong communication skills, self-discipline, and the stability to work independently with minimal supervision.
