Job Summary The Systems Analyst (EHR) leads the implementation, support, and optimization of Epic systems, focusing on Epic Willow and EpicCare Ambulatory modules. Collaborate with clinical, pharmacy, and operational teams to enhance system functionality, resolve issues, and improve workflows. Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and support Epic Willow and EpicCare Ambulatory applications to ensure system reliability and performance Gather and analyze business requirements from clinical and operational stakeholders and translate them into effective system solutions Perform comprehensive system testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system defects to maintain optimal EHR functionality Support system upgrades, enhancements, and go-live activities to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption Develop clear documentation and deliver end-user training and support to maximize system adoption and user proficiency Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize clinical and pharmacy workflows, improving operational efficiency and patient care Required competencies and certifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field At least 1-2 years of experience supporting EHR systems in a healthcare environment Current Epic certifications in Willow and EpicCare Ambulatory Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills demonstrated through EHR implementation and support Experience in EHR implementation, support, and process improvement initiatives Other Information Work Week: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM) Work Arrangement: Full Onsite - Central Region Salary: S$5,500–S$6,500 (with bonuses - varies) Benefits: Annual Leave: 18 days Medical Leave: 14 days Group Medical Insurance Other leave benefits as per MOM guidelines EA 20S0237
