Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to analyse business requirements, design and develop enterprise applications, and ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of business-critical systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in Java-based technologies, web application development, database design, and system integration, along with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and translate business and user requirements into detailed functional and technical application specifications to guide development Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise and web-based applications, ensuring robust database design and seamless system integration Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with development standards, quality assurance protocols, and project timelines Manage vendor relationships and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines and quality expectations Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges and optimize application performance Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and solutions Required competencies and certifications Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, application design (including database design), development, implementation, and quality assurance Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, project management, and vendor management skills Ability to work independently to elicit user requirements and translate them into technical solutions Pre…
