EA Licence No: 20S0237 Role: • Provide technical support and maintenance of IT infrastructure. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues. • Implement system upgrades and enhancements. Requirements: • At least 6 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure maintenance. • Good communication, project management, strong analytical, problem-solving skills. • At least 3 years of working experience in managing or maintaining Microsoft Windows and/or Red hat/Linux Server in a Cloud environment. • Possess a strong understanding of security practices in server, database, and network is important. • Manage the escalation processes and perform service recovery for incidents that directly impact services or users. • Conduct internal security reviews and assist in internal and external audits • Support user projects involving infrastructure acquisitions and evaluations. • Review infrastructure capacity and forecast capacity needs for growth and new projects as well as for obsolescence of old technology. Upgrade the systems in a timely manner to meet such needs. • Review database infrastructure capacity and forecast capacity needs for growth and new projects as well as for obsolescence of old technology.
