Restaurant Manager — Key Responsibilities (reporting to General Manager) Be fully accountable for opening and closing the restaurant on time, following all set procedures. Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth, efficient shift running. Manage staff scheduling and oversee on-shift guest service standards. Be accountable for daily sales, cash handling, and safe keeping of all cash and payment records. Execute ordering and inventory control as per SOP guidelines, maintaining accurate stock levels. Oversee venue housekeeping and workplace safety compliance. Maintain operational consistency, enabling the General Manager to focus on higher-level priorities.
