Deputy General Manager / Branch Manager (Semiconductor Engineering) [5 Days, Cbd]

Job Title: Deputy General Manager / Branch Manager (Semiconductor Engineering) Salary: $5,000 - $10,000+ (Based on Experience) Location: Central Business District (CBD) Work Schedule: • Monday to Friday • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Monthly Rest Days: 8 Responsibilities: • Oversee the overall operations and strategic development of the Singapore branch • Lead semiconductor engineering projects, including project management, site coordination, and client engagement • Manage project teams, subcontractors, and daily site operations • Plan, coordinate, and supervise vacuum piping, process piping, and gas hook-up works • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regional stakeholders • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards Requirements: • Diploma/Degree or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline • Extensive experience in semiconductor engineering, construction, or project management • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills • Proven experience with semiconductor vacuum piping systems, including Fore Line, Exhaust Line, process piping, and gas hook-up works • Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities • Able to communicate in English and Chinese for coordination with regional headquarters, clients, and project stakeholders • Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage Additional Information: • Overtime pay and project-related allowances where applicable • Join an established Taiwanese semiconductor engineering company with regional operations • Opportunity for equity participation in the Singapore branch after successful completion of probation, subject to performance • Excellent long-term career progression into senior leadership and regional management roles
