Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Process and manage sales documentation, including Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices. Provide administrative support for service and maintenance scheduling and coordination. Respond promptly to customer enquiries, including online and e-commerce platforms. Prepare and follow up on quotations for service maintenance, spare parts, and ad-hoc servicing requests. Handle export and import documentation, ensuring all paperwork meets freight and delivery requirements. Manage internal and external correspondence, including emails, letters, and other enquiries. Perform general administrative duties and assist with tasks assigned by management. Other task that assign by the management. Requirements: 1) At least 1 year sales admin coordinator experience 2) Experience in shipping, export, or import documentation will be an added advantage. 3) Bilingual in English & Mandarin (in order to handle Chinese speaking customer enquiries) 4) A good team player able to interact with people from all levels and works well under pressure. 5) Able to start work immediately.
