Job Description: Responsibility: Access Control, CCTV & System Software Development 1) Install, configure, and commission access control systems, including biometric devices, card readers, EM locks, turnstiles, and related hardware. 2) Perform system diagnosis, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair for access control equipment and software. 3) Install, configure, and commission CCTV surveillance systems, including IP cameras, NVRs, network equipment, and related devices. 4) Diagnose and resolve CCTV hardware, network, recording, remote viewing, and software issues. 5) Conduct site surveys and system assessments to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable security system solutions. 6) Configure and maintain network infrastructure supporting access control and CCTV systems, including IP addressing, switches, and network connectivity. 7) Perform system integration, testing, and commissioning to ensure all security systems operate correctly. 8) Develop, customize, and maintain system software and applications to support security system operations and business requirements. 9) Develop and integrate APIs, databases, and system interfaces for communication between security devices and software platforms. 10) Perform software testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and system optimization. 11) Provide technical support, user training, and documentation for customers and internal users. 12) Prepare system documentation, configuration records, testing reports, and troubleshooting reports. 13) Coordinate with customers, contractors, suppliers, and technical teams during installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities. 14) Carry out preventive maintenance and provide after-sales technical support to ensure system reliability and performance. 15) Keep up to date with new technologies and developments in access control, CCTV, networking, and security software systems. 16) Conduct site surveys, technical assessments, and requirements gathering to determine project scope and propose suitable system solutions. 17) Prepare project plans, work schedules, method statements, technical documentation, and system specifications. 18) Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, schedule, quality, and budget. 19) Install, configure, test, and commission access control systems, including biometric devices, card readers, EM locks, turnstiles, and related equipment. 20) Install, configure, test, and commission CCTV systems, including IP cameras, NVRs, network equipment, storage systems, and remote monitoring solutions. 21) Configure and maintain network infrastructure supporting security systems, including IP addressing, switches, VLANs, and network connectivity. 22) Monitor project progress, identify technical risks and issues, and implement appropriate corrective actions. 23) Provide technical guidance and supervision to installation teams, subcontractors, and technicians. 24) Conduct customer training and provide technical support during and after project implementation. 25) Ensure all project activities comply with relevant safety requirements, technical standards, and project specifications. 26) Keep up to date with emerging technologies and developments in access control, CCTV, networking, system integration, and security software. Requirement: Diploma/ Degree In Computer Science and Technologies. Bilingual In English And Mandarin. At Least 3 Years Working Experience. Have a class 3 driving license is a plus. able to start work immediately or in short notice.
