Service Crew

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Outlet cleaning and set-up to get ready for operations Offer prompt, friendly and efficient service to all guests Ensure tables, flooring, station cleanliness before and during operations Drinks ordering, bill payment settling, tables maintenance, service follow-up and bottle service for all guest Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges, records charges and ensures vouchers are properly executed Orientation & buddy system for newly join staff Full-timer side tasks such as staging and furniture movement for normal Ops & events, poster update etc Outlet closing and cleaning Update guests about current and upcoming promotions Attend to guests’ needs promptly ROLE REQUIREMENTS Service oriented and team player Pro-active, friendly and warm personality Able to work in a fast-paced environment
