Zouk Club Team (Part-Time)

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Interested applicants may apply as a Zouk Club Team (Part-Time) in the following Departments. *Staff meal and uniform will be provided, part timers are also entitled to Food & Beverage discounts in the outlets *We welcome applicants with no prior experience as on-the-job training will be provided Service Crew / Bartender Takes and/or processes orders for drinks; mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practices prudent portion control Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and glassware Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges, records charges and ensures vouchers are properly executed Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards Security Conduct security and bag checks on patrons Ensure the premises are secure and watch out for fire or any safety hazards Protect and safeguard premises, assets Provide customer service to all guests *Candidate will be required to own PLRD license ROLE REQUIREMENTS Possess relevant experience in the entertainment industry Able to work in a fast-paced environment Possesses good customer service Great team player *We do walk-in interview every Tuesday from 6pm to 8pm at Redtail Bar by Zouk. 3C River Valley Road, Clarke Quay, Block C, #01-04, The Cannery, 179022
