Job Summary Manage and lead daily operations of a beauty salon to drive sales performance, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety. Oversee staff scheduling, training, and inventory management to support business targets. Responsibilities Manage daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and business continuity Lead and supervise the salon team to enhance productivity and service quality Deliver excellent customer service by resolving client issues and ensuring satisfaction Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet or exceed business targets Develop and implement staff schedules, conduct training, and evaluate performance Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with regulations Manage inventory levels and order salon supplies to prevent shortages and control costs Required competencies and certifications Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a beauty salon Leadership and team management skills demonstrated through supervising staff Effective communication and customer service skills to engage clients and team Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required Responsible, positive attitude and self-motivated approach to work
