Beauty Consultant

Key Responsibilities Conduct professional consultations to understand customers' beauty, and wellness needs. Recommend suitable beauty treatments, products, and service packages based on customers' concerns and goals. Explain treatment procedures, expected results, and aftercare recommendations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up consultations. Achieve individual and team sales targets by promoting beauty treatments, products, and membership programmes. Coordinate with therapists to ensure customers receive appropriate treatments according to the consultation plan. Maintain accurate customer consultation records and treatment recommendations. Stay updated on the company's products, services, beauty trends, and industry knowledge. Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and customer confidentiality requirements. Support promotional events, marketing activities, and other operational duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Beauty, Wellness, or a related field. Relevant experience in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, luxury retail, or customer consulting is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Sales-driven with the ability to understand customers' needs and provide suitable recommendations. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
