Job Summary You will manage the guest experience from pre-arrival to post-departure, handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and lounge operations while maximizing room occupancy and ensuring smooth coordination with back-of-house teams. Responsibilities Anticipate and respond to guest needs and queries throughout their stay to enhance overall guest satisfaction Perform reservation management, guest greeting, check-in, and check-out duties across shifts Manage the hotel lounge during shifts by engaging guests and upselling lounge offerings Operate the Property Management System (PMS) to manage room inventory, assign rooms, and maximize occupancy Coordinate effectively with back-of-house teams to resolve guest issues and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Monitor and follow up on billing matters to ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction Demonstrate passion for service by creating memorable guest experiences and exceeding expectations Required competencies and certifications Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality service or hospitality studies Proficiency in English for clear internal and external communication Willingly to do shift work (Mon to Sun, no night shift) Preferred competencies and qualifications Resourcefulness, proactivity, and teamwork skills to support daily operations Curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills and expand responsibilities Flexibility to adapt and contribute beyond assigned duties for the property’s success
