Account Assistant Job Description: Handle Accounts Receivables Handle Account Payables Bank Reconciliation Accounting Data Entry - Preparation of Quarterly GST Handle a Partial Set of Accounts Assist in statutory reporting and management reporting including but not limited to Financial Statement and Tax Computation Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time Account Executive Job Description: Managed full accounting functions, including AP, AR, GL, and cash flow. Led and supervised a team of 2–4 Accounts Executives. Oversaw month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting. Prepared management accounts and financial statements. Liaised with auditors, tax agents, and banks. Ensured compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. Supported budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Improved accounting processes and handled ad hoc projects. Job Requirements: At least a Diploma in Accounting 1 year of experience in Accounting Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent attention to detail/figures, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with various teams within our company
