About the Role We are seeking a motivated Analyst to join the Agentic Intelligence Business Unit, supporting initiatives across data automation, process optimization, and agentic (AI-driven) automation solutions. This is a junior role ideal for candidates starting their careers in automation, data Automation, and intelligent process transformation. Scope of Activities include but no limited to: Support delivery of data, process, and agentic automation projects across client engagements and internal initiatives. Assist in analysing business processes and data workflows to identify automation and optimization opportunities. Work with senior team members to design and implement automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx, Xceptor) and emerging agentic tools. Develop and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for ingestion, transformation, and integration across various systems. Good to have Integration experience from multiple sources including databases, APIs, and cloud platforms . Translate business requirements and process flows into structured automation workflows and technical solutions. Contribute to documentation including Business Requirements (BRD), Process Definition (PDD), and Solution Design Documents (SDD) . Support the automation lifecycle – including development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Create and execute test cases and scenarios for system integration, UAT, and production readiness. Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes, perform root cause analysis , and resolve issues within SLA timelines. Ensure adherence to best practices in automation development , including code quality, reusability, and maintainability. Follow incident, problem, and change management processes to support stability of deployed solutions. Experience, Knowledge & Skills Requirements 0–2 years of relevant experience in data, automation, or software development (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Foundational knowledge of programming/scripting (e.g., Python, Java, C#, VBA, or SQL ) is preferred. Basic understanding of data processing, ETL/ELT concepts, and APIs . Exposure to or willingness to learn low-code/no-code and RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Alteryx, Xceptor). Interest in AI/Agentic automation , decisioning systems, or intelligent workflows is an advantage. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down problems and propose structured solutions. Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) , including Agile methodologies (preferred). Ability to interpret process diagrams and business requirements into technical implementations. Other Requirements Ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team structure, but also independently. Meet agreed deadlines, with demonstrable Productivity. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a culturally diverse and inclusive environments. Flexibility in scheduling with willingness to work extra non-standard hours if required. Willing and able to travel up to 20% (domestic, regional and international). Education Requirements Degree in in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems or related Engineering disciplines.
