Responsibilities: Lead software application upgrade and modernization initiatives. Oversee application architecture, software development lifecycle, deployment, testing and release management. Provide technical leadership to development teams. Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned banking projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and governance standards Serve as the primary point of contact between consulting firm, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution Oversee solution design, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring quality and alignment with objectives Govern software quality, security, performance and scalability. Manage integration between SaaS platforms and enterprise banking applications. Drive technical solution design and implementation for application migration projects. Mentor and guide project team members, including consultants and client staff, to foster collaboration and productivity Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience managing enterprise software applications, application modernization, system implementation, or application upgrade initiatives. Proven experience leading end-to-end software application lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
