Role Overview We are seeking an experienced CX Business & Salesforce Solution Architect to lead business requirements, solution design, and delivery across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and customer experience initiatives. This is a techno-functional leadership role requiring strong consulting, business analysis, and solution architecture capabilities. The successful candidate must be able to independently engage business stakeholders, facilitate workshops, understand customer and business processes, translate requirements into Salesforce solutions, and guide delivery teams through implementation. Responsibilities: Business & Solution Leadership Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering activities. Understand customer, sales, marketing, and service processes and identify improvement opportunities. Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, functional designs, and solution architectures. Challenge and refine requirements to align with business objectives and Salesforce best practices. Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Solution Design & Governance Design scalable solutions across Salesforce platforms. Define solution architecture, integrations, data models, customer journeys, and automation.
