About the Role We are seeking a motivated Analyst to join the Agentic Intelligence Business Unit, supporting initiatives across data automation, process optimization, and agentic (AI-driven) automation solutions. This is a junior role ideal for candidates starting their careers in automation, data Automation, and intelligent process transformation. Scope of Activities include but no limited to: Support delivery of data, process, and agentic automation projects across client engagements and internal initiatives. Assist in analysing business processes and data workflows to identify automation and optimization opportunities. Work with senior team members to design and implement automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx, Xceptor) and emerging agentic tools. Develop and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for ingestion, transformation, and integration across various systems. Good to have Integration experience from multiple sources including databases, APIs, and cloud platforms . Translate business requirements and process flows into structured automation workflows and technical solutions. Contribute to documentation including Business Requirements (BRD), Process Definition (PDD), and Solution Design Documents (SDD) .
