About the Role We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic SAP SuccessFactors Trainee to participate in a comprehensive training program covering multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience and foundational knowledge in Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Learning Management System (LMS), and Compensation. You will learn to configure, implement, and support core HR processes on the SuccessFactors platform, with a focus on extensibility, clean core principles, and real-world application. What You Can Expect End-to-end training across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central /Recruitment /Performance & Goals/ LMS /Compensation/SAP AI. Practical exposure to Position Management, workflows, HRIS elements, and talent management processes. Learning through configuration walkthroughs, HR transaction simulations, and sandbox exercises. Demonstrations of business rule creation, email trigger customization, and workflow automation. Hands-on experience with metadata framework (MDF), object configuration, and permission models. Sessions on platform maintenance, data models, and user provisioning. Peer learning and collaboration opportunities within functional teams. Emphasis on practical system use, clean configuration, and sustainable HR transformation.
