The EX team is continuously looking to build its capabilities and competencies in line with SAP’s regional strategy and in working with our clients both old and new on their transformation journey. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Performance Management and Goals Management modules. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with a problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and deploying the PMGM module for both new and existing clients across industries. Responsibilities: Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations and support for SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) modules. Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and translate them into system configurations aligned with SAP best practices. Conduct requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and document functional specifications. Configure performance forms, goal plans, route maps, calibration templates, and continuous performance management features.
