Job Summary As a Sales Consultant at Able Best, you will build strong customer relationships, manage enquiries professionally, and convert opportunities into successful maid placements, contributing to business growth and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Respond promptly to employer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk-ins to provide accurate information and support Assess customer requirements to recommend suitable domestic helpers that meet their needs Arrange and coordinate interviews between employers and helpers to facilitate successful placements Consistently follow up with prospective customers to advance the placement process and close sales Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers to encourage repeat business and referrals Collaborate closely with the admin and operations teams to ensure smooth helper deployment and customer satisfaction Achieve assigned sales and placement targets to contribute to company growth Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and placements for reporting and compliance Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in a maid agency sales role is highly preferred CEI certification is preferred Proven customer service and sales skills demonstrated through successful client engagements Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills to nurture customer loyalty Ability to handle customer objections and enquiries confidently and professionally Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Other Information Salary & Benefits Basic salary plus attractive incentives Potential monthly earnings of $4,000 – $7,000+ based on performance Performance-based incentive structure Annual leave and statutory benefits Long-term career growth opportunities Company Highlights Trusted agency since 2003 with a strong reputation Existing customer enquiry flow to support sales efforts Established support and operations teams Two convenient branch locations Supportive management with industry experience Application Instructions Please send your resume, current salary, expected salary, and earliest availability via WhatsApp at +65 8152 9888 or email jobs@ablebest.com.sg.
