Job Summary You will work as a Sales Consultant helping Singapore families find suitable domestic helpers by managing customer enquiries, matching helpers to employer needs, arranging interviews, handling paperwork, and supporting the placement process to meet monthly targets. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via walk-ins, WhatsApp, and phone calls Assess employer needs to recommend suitable domestic helpers effectively Arrange and facilitate interviews between employers and helpers to ensure good matches Manage and complete necessary paperwork accurately and follow up after helper confirmation Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and helpers throughout the process Collaborate with your manager to achieve monthly sales and placement targets Use WhatsApp, email, and basic computer tools to support daily communication and documentation Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior sales or customer service experience to enhance customer engagement and sales outcomes CEI Certification to demonstrate industry knowledge and professionalism Ability to speak English to communicate clearly with customers and helpers; proficiency in other languages (Mandarin, Bahasa, Tagalog, Burmese) is an advantage but not required
