Software Engineer

About the Role As a Software Engineer specializing in Curam, you will design and develop scalable, high-performing software solutions that support critical business functions. You will work in a collaborative, agile environment, contributing to system enhancements and delivering innovative solutions that create meaningful business impact. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and enhance software components across systems and applications using Curam and modern engineering practices • Execute assigned development tasks independently while adhering to established coding standards and best practices • Analyze recurring technical issues and propose effective, scalable solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software quality, performance, and delivery timelines • Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives • Contribute to technical discussions by sharing insights, solutions, and innovative ideas • Support system integration, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables • Continuously develop technical capabilities in software engineering and Curam data model expertise Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Proven experience in software development with hands-on exposure to Curam technologies • Strong proficiency in Curam Data Model and enterprise application development • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and system architecture • Experience working in agile development environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Effective communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience in designing scalable and high-performance enterprise systems • Familiarity with system integration, APIs, and middleware technologies • Exposure to cloud platforms or modern development frameworks • Understanding of DevOps practices and tools About the Company / Team We work with one shared purpose: to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.
