Regional Real Estate Fund Management Platform Exposure to Cross-Border Investment Portfolios Proficient in financial modelling, quantitative analysis Collaborative & High-Performing Team Our client is seeking a Portfolio Management Analyst to support the management and performance of regional investment portfolios. This role offers exposure across portfolio analysis, fund reporting, investment monitoring, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives within a dynamic fund management environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage day-to-day fund operations in line with fund documents and company policies. Maintain and update fund models to monitor performance and portfolio composition. Prepare and deliver periodic investor reports (monthly, quarterly, etc.). Address investor queries in a professional and timely manner. Support the review of fund investment strategies and evaluate potential transactions. Lead regulatory reporting processes and ensure compliance with relevant standards. Assist in group-level reporting, including metrics on AUM, KYC/AML, and operating performance. Contribute to the setup of new funds and investments, coordinating legal, tax, and structuring matters. Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives. REQUIREMENTS Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fund management, investments, or real estate. Proficient in financial modelling, quantitative analysis, and report preparation. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable with a proactive approach to challenges. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines. Knowledge of KYC/AML processes and regulatory compliance preferred.
