Urgent: Senior Industrial Engineer (Operational Excellence)

We're looking for a Senior Industrial Engineer (OPEX) who is passionate about improving processes, solving complex problems, and driving meaningful change in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll lead improvement projects that enhance productivity, quality, cost, and operational performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll use Lean Six Sigma principles and data-driven insights to deliver sustainable business results while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. What You'll Do Lead Operational Excellence and continuous improvement projects across manufacturing and business operations. Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions. Use Lean Six Sigma tools and structured problem-solving methods to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Warehouse, Finance, and Digital teams to deliver business improvements. Coach and support teams in continuous improvement practices. Monitor project performance, measure results, and ensure improvements are sustained. Support process digitization, automation, and data-driven decision-making initiatives. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline. At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Proven experience leading cross-functional improvement projects. Experience in manufacturing digitalization or automation initiatives. Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence, coach, and work effectively with teams across different functions. Why Join Us?
