Opportunity to manage a landmark commercial office asset Established real estate developer with a quality portfolio Stable team environment with long-term career growth Our client, a renowned Real Estate Developer firm, has an opportunity for an experienced M&E Manager to join its Property Management team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned commercial properties, ensuring high service standards and tenant satisfaction. Develop and implement property management strategies, policies, and best practices across the portfolio. Manage and oversee service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, and statutory requirements. Ensure properties remain in optimal operating condition and comply with all regulatory and safety standards. Drive asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs), improvement works, and sustainability initiatives within approved budgets and timelines. Manage procurement activities, contract administration, and vendor performance for facilities and maintenance services. Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets, including cost control, forecasting, and variance analysis. Lead and mentor the operations team while working closely with tenants, stakeholders, and senior management. REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in commercial property or facilities management. Prior experience managing Grade A commercial office assets will be highly advantageous. Strong technical knowledge of building services, M&E systems, statutory compliance, and facilities operations. Proven experience managing service providers, budgets, contracts, and asset enhancement projects. Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
