Regional Sales Manager – Medical Devices

Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary sales and clinical applications team. Drive divisional sales, profitability, and market growth. Develop and execute business, sales, and marketing strategies. Manage P&L, budgets, inventory, pricing, and sales forecasts. Build strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and principal manufacturers. Oversee government tenders, quotations, and commercial agreements. Identify new business opportunities and lead successful product launches. Ensure excellent customer service through effective pre- and post-sales support. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Nursing, Medical Technology, or related discipline. 8 years of sales experience in Medical Devices, or Healthcare Solutions. Minimum 5 years' leadership experience managing successful sales teams. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth. Experience managing P&L, sales planning, inventory, and commercial operations is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
