Established A1 Main Contractor Strong Pipeline of HDB & Building Projects Career Growth Opportunities within a Growing Project Team Our client is a leading A1 Main Contractor with an established track record in building, civil, and infrastructure projects across Singapore. Due to continued project wins and expansion, they are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects. Responsibilities Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring completion within schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements. Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives and milestones. Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, procurement strategies, and construction methodologies. Oversee site operations and construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards. Manage project budgets, cost control, variation orders, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders. Identify project risks, implement mitigation measures, and proactively resolve technical and operational issues. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management on progress, cost, quality, safety, and project performance. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building construction projects. Proven track record managing projects from planning through completion. Experience in HDB residential projects will be highly advantageous. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, project scheduling, and cost management.
