Job Summary Join Achieve Group’s expanding Technology Practice as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant. Drive full-cycle recruitment, build client relationships, and grow your career with autonomy, strong earning potential, and expert support. Responsibilities Manage the entire 360 recruitment lifecycle, including business development, client engagement, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and successful placements Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates across Singapore and the region to foster trust and repeat business Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing client accounts to grow your recruitment desk Recruit talent across diverse technology domains such as AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, and Digital Transformation Execute recruitment for both Permanent and Contract roles, specializing or diversifying based on your strengths and interests Provide clients with market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and hiring advice to position yourself as a trusted recruitment partner Establish yourself as a market expert by building a specialist recruitment desk within your chosen technology vertical Required competencies and certifications Minimum 1-2 years of agency recruitment experience Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience working in a 360 recruitment environment Technology recruitment experience Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset Passion for building long-term client relationships and growing your own recruitment business Other Information Competitive base salary with an attractive uncapped commission structure No commission rollover; every placement counts towards your earnings Client ownership with genuine autonomy to build and grow your portfolio Flexibility to recruit across Permanent and/or Contract staffing to diversify your desk and maximize earnings Access to an established client base with freedom to develop your own market Use of LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and premium recruitment technology Hybrid working arrangement offering flexibility Structured training and mentorship, including support for recruiters transitioning into Technology Recruitment Collaborative and supportive team culture celebrating success Clear career progression from Consultant to Manager roles, with opportunities to build and lead your own team How to apply Submit your application by emailing your updated Resume in MS Word format to Lin Jin Sen (EA Personnel Reg.
