Key Responsibilities Provide executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense claims, and day-to-day administrative support. Coordinate business communications, correspondence, and follow-ups with Japanese-speaking shareholders, investors, and regional stakeholders. Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and maintain confidential records and documentation. Act as the key liaison between senior management, clients, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and timely execution of tasks. Coordinate meetings, corporate events, and office administration, including document management and office operations. Maintain databases, reports, and filing systems while supporting process improvements and ad-hoc projects. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior management or C-suite executives. Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Ability to communicate effectively in English and Japanese (spoken and written) to support business communications, prepare correspondence, coordinate meetings, and liaise with Japanese-speaking shareholders, investors, and regional stakeholders. Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
