Senior M&E Project Manager (Developer)

Leading Regional Real Estate Developer Changi Candidates with Developer Background will be preferred Collaborative Culture with Strong Focus on Sustainability and Innovation Our client is a well-established regional real estate developer with a strong track record in delivering high-quality commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and sustainable development projects across Asia. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the end-to-end planning, design, procurement, execution, and delivery of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems across development projects. Provide technical leadership during feasibility studies, design development, budgeting, lifecycle costing, and project planning activities. Drive M&E design optimisation, sustainability initiatives, operational efficiency, maintainability, and long-term asset performance. Review and approve M&E designs, BIM models, shop drawings, technical submissions, testing and commissioning plans, and as-built documentation. Manage consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved within budget, timeline, quality, and safety requirements. Evaluate and implement value engineering solutions to enhance project efficiency and commercial outcomes. Support tendering, procurement, contract evaluation, and appointment of consultants and specialist contractors. Participate in inspections, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), mock-ups, commissioning activities, and project handovers. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, project governance, risk management, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations. Provide technical support for asset enhancement initiatives, defect management, replacement works, and operational improvements post-completion. REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
