Senior Business Development Executive (Marine / Industrial Solutions)

We are partnering with an established organisation within the marine and industrial solutions sector to identify a Senior Business Development Executive to support regional expansion across Asia. This role will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key partnerships, and strengthening market presence through effective sales strategies and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities: Drive regional sales growth and achieve business objectives across assigned markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key customers. Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives. Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective customer support and service delivery. Provide market insights, sales updates, and forecasts to support business planning. Support regional events, customer engagement activities, and commercial initiatives. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marine, or related disciplines. 5–8 years of experience in regional sales, business development, or channel management. Experience in B2B sales, partner management, or technical product solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience within marine, industrial, automotive, or related sectors will be advantageous. Comfortable with regional travel as required.
