Design Lead

We're partnering with a leading technology services company to hire an experienced Design Lead for a large-scale digital transformation initiative. This is a unique opportunity to build and influence the design culture of a newly established product team, working alongside Product and Engineering leaders to create intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. What You'll Be Doing 🔹 Lead end-to-end human-centred design across digital products and services 🔹 Drive user research, product discovery, service design and UX strategy 🔹 Partner with Product Managers, Engineers and business stakeholders to solve complex problems 🔹 Establish design principles, frameworks and best practices that can scale across multiple product teams 🔹 Design intuitive, accessible and AI-enabled user experiences 🔹 Facilitate workshops, influence senior stakeholders and champion evidence-based decision making What We're Looking For ✅ Minimum 8+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Service Design or Human-Centred Design ✅ Strong hands-on experience in user research, discovery, usability testing and design thinking ✅ Expertise in customer journey mapping, interaction design, service blueprinting and design systems ✅ Experience working within cross-functional Agile product teams ✅ Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and storytelling skills ✅ Experience delivering digital products within government, regulated industries or enterprise environments will be highly advantageous 📍 Location: Singapore 📄 Employment: 12-Month Contract This role is ideal for senior designers who enjoy solving complex problems, influencing product strategy, and building products that improve the way people interact with digital services.
