What You'll Do Plan and schedule next-day deliveries and transport operations Monitor fleet movement and delivery progress in real time Coordinate drivers, routes, and job assignments efficiently Resolve delays and operational issues promptly Prevent unnecessary costs (storage, overtime, failed trips) Liaise with customers and manage operational enquiries Ensure accurate job records, PODs, and billing documentation Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and fleet condition Lead and supervise drivers and delivery assistants Requirements 3–5 years of logistics planning, transport coordination, or fleet operations experience Supervisory or team leadership experience Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 Driving Licence Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills Experience with GPS fleet tracking systems is an advantage Celine Chua | EA Reg No. R26161036 | EA License No. 05C3451
