Spa Therapist

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Spa Therapist to provide high-quality spa and wellness treatments while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong treatment skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for wellness and relaxation. Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of spa treatments, including body massage, aromatherapy, body scrub, and wellness therapies Assess customers’ needs and recommend suitable treatments, packages, and wellness programs Ensure customer comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout each treatment session Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of treatment rooms, equipment, and facilities Prepare treatment rooms, oils, towels, and products before each session Follow company SOPs, service standards, and hygiene protocols Promote and upsell spa treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits Record treatment details and customer preferences when required Requirements Certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or related field preferred Previous experience in a spa, wellness centre, hotel spa, or massage establishment is an advantage Knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and wellness therapies Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer service-oriented with a professional and positive attitude Physically fit and able to perform treatments for extended periods Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
