Attend and welcome visitors and customers by providing satisfactory customers service. Initiate cold calls to customers to secure service bookings and increase client engagement. Deliver attentive customer service to address client inquiries and enhance satisfaction. Manage reception tasks including greeting clients and coordinating appointments efficiently. Conduct reminder calls to confirm upcoming appointments. Undertake other administrative and operational duties as assigned. Friendly personality, Positive attitude and Team player.
