Junior Bank Operations Analyst (East)

We are partnering with a leading bank to hire a Junior Bank Operations Contract until 30th Dec 2026 Located at the East Job Title: Channel R&M Officer (Processing) Job Purpose The role of R&M Officer (Processing) role is to perform and ensure timely and accurate set-up/maintenance of customers' profiles in e-banking platforms. Expectation 1. To ensure that cut off times and SLAs of various products are met 2. To ensure 100% accuracy and quality in tasks performed 3. Ensure handling of enquiries and updating of statuses of cases are timely and accurate. Responsibilities 1. Set up and maintain profiles of customers in various e-banking systems in accordance to forms submitted 2. Perform tagging of users as authorizers/administrators in system when required. 3. Handle enquiries & follow up 4. Update tracking spreadsheets 5. Perform Live verification of systems 6.
